Kingscliff Team and Enduro Triathlon

Kingscliff Triathlon is situated in one of the most stunning coastlines in Australia. Swim through the estuary into open water, cycling around the Tweed Valley terrain and run by the beach in either the Enticer or Almost Olympic Events. You can enter online or by posting the entry form to QSM Sports. Entries are strictly limited and will close early once maximum fields are met.

Festival of Speed on Tweed

The sight and sound of historic racing cars in the poplar Festival of Speed on Tweed has returned to the streets of Murwillumbah.

It didn’t take the Festival of Speed on Tweed long to make its mark in the historic car racing movement throughout Australia. Since 2002, every September, 20,000 racing enthusiasts converge on Murwillumbah for the annual historic speed trials, turning the town into a black and white spectacle of flags adorning the streets and local people decking themselves out in crazy clothing.

The Festival attracts some of the most famous names in racing and you are likely to see John Goss, Kevin Bartlett, John Bowe or Jim Richards having a quiet coffee at a local café, or Sir Jack Brabham driving one of his beloved Repco Brabhams around the racing circuit. These are just some of the legendary drivers who are now regular guests at Speed on Tweed.

Battle On the Border Cycling Event

Battle on the Border, Tour De Tweed and Gran Fondo are competitive and social cycling events, aimed to deliver a unique experience to participants through professional event management.

The Battle creates a vibrant, efficient customer focused weekend of parties, racing and social riding. Included is a four stage competitive cycling tour open to all members of Cycling Australia.

If you are not a member, don't worry - the Cycle Gran Fondo is for you. The Gran Fondo is a mass participation event which caters for anyone who enjoys a pedal. The course varies in degrees of difficultness and encourages all to participate from the beginner to the serious cyclist. It is a non-competitive bike ride with distances ranging from 11 kilometres to 189 kilometres and a few that are in between.
